the one where my camera keeps me from taking up glass blowing as a creative outlet

heart rocks1 You ever just feel the sudden need to make something? To create? I get that feeling a lot. But I can't sing, play an instrument, draw, or cook. I am not a fan of most kinds of crafting. I can't sew. I'm pretty iffy in my use of power tools, and I don't have the patience to measure twice, cut once. I have considered taking up welding, but I would most likely end up very seriously injured. I guess that makes my camera the best (and safest) outlet for me. I'm working on a couple of personal projects that I am pretty excited about. One of the projects is Notes Girls Write. I get asked about it a lot, so I am planning on shooting for that again. That's kind of cool, but I have something else that has been forming in my head for awhile now. Something that I am finally going to make happen. I don't want to say too much yet, but if I can get things to turn out how I envision, I will be turning this personal project into something I offer along with regular photography sessions. I know that earlier I said I was quitting. That was sort of true. I mean.....I am...changing......cutting back. But I guess I can't ever quit completely.......see above about needing to create.......and I can't afford a pottery wheel and kiln, right now, so.

I am looking for a few guinea pigs volunteers for some of these projects. If you are of the female persuasion and would like to contribute to Notes Girls Write, let me know. If you know a person 55 or older, that has a dog or cat that they adore and would like to have their picture taken with, let me know. If you have been married for 30 years or more, and would like to be a part of a project I am super excited about, and are willing to exchange two hours of your time for some images and a some other niftyness, let me know. If you are a family with kids under 10, same deal. If you are facing sickness or other adversity in your marriage, and still kicking ass, I would love to talk to you for the project. If you know anyone that fits into any of these categories, please share this with them. I'm looking to get things rolling/done in the next 3-4 weeks.
